      realising that what you were stating were value adds to the
      co-location your trying to offload, but though they were part of a
      specific package you were trying to sell. <br>
       With them being 'value add' and just optional perks, it does
      change my perspective of the post.<br>

        It is indeed the innocent form of advertising for some party to
        help defray costs as opposed to 'being a colo provider'.  It has
        the possibly spammy format it has in order to convey concisely
        what it is I'm offering.<br>

        I've since read what I take to be the list charter and I put it
        to that you I am:<br>
        <br>
        "A network operator (not a vendor) ... notifying of... surplus
        networking or data centre related ... components"<br>
        <br>
        Which of course, hinges on 'components'. On reflection, I grant
        myself a reprieve.<br>
        <br>
        Some may argue for and some against. Regardless, apologies to
        anyone who's taken offence.<br>
