CDN traffic is served by Akamai you really should be
complaining to them as they would be the ones responsible
for the GEO blocking.

an old database that they need to get updated.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">They would be
responsible for most of the speed issues as well.
