<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Given the bulk of their CDN traffic is served by Akamai you really should be complaining to them as they would be the ones responsible for the GEO blocking.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">They would be responsible for most of the speed issues as well.
