This is / was a new feature Microsoft are rolling out. <br>
Basically they will just block access completely if your found to be sending too much email at once. <br>
This is aimed at both Microsoft 365 users and non M365 users. <br>
Something obviously failed badly for them to be blocking too or three networks at once though.<br>
The new feature was announced in one of the emails they send to admins.<br>
Be good if they actually introduced some proper features around the handling of mailinglists as trying to reply to Ausnog with Outlook is painful Thunderbird did a much better job. <br>
