I know this is low a grade request. But I have exhausted my attempts to <br>

I have an aged customer who has lost his email password and following <br>
the system we get to a solution of "a password reset will be emailed" <br>
and it has his email address (that he obviously can not access). I could <br>
not find a method to talk to a human.<br>
