<p class="v1MsoNormal">For the first time in 20 Years I have a building owner refuse access to cross his commercial roof with cable.</p>
<p class="v1MsoNormal">We need to run fiber from across the top of his roof (following existing runs)</p>

<p class="v1MsoNormal">He has said no one is to walk on his roof.</p>
