<p class="MsoNormal">I am struggling to get our ISP or NBN to understand what needs to be done, we’re just going round and round with them telling us we have 4 ports on our service and we can plug into any of those. Grrrr. NBN has a shared infrastructure in
 the common carrier room which we need to plug into (ie: we need to remove our NBN fibre box and plug into the NBN building based infrastructure).<u></u><u></u></p>
