<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:windowtext;mso-fareast-language:EN-US">Many, many pairs affected with 300m of new haul required. They are ETA to starting splicing around 5-6pm tonight, but anyone who has driven around Chatswood around peak time will
know that traffic will cause nightmares for all involved.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
