sending me this information before – but for a stated purpose – to procure sales etc.). These are often license conditions on their carrier license or agreements with authorities as the cost of admission to play in the bigger game.<u></u><u></u></li><li class="m_4434025138792862921MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0cm">Outside of legislative or imposed conditions on their carrier licenses , some carriers value their network routes, partly as know-how but also partly as general security.<u></u><u></u></li></ul>
