<p class="MsoNormal">Chris - the White Pages directory is built out of the IPND (<a href="https://www.acma.gov.au/Industry/Telco/Numbering/IPND/integrated-public-number-database-numbering-i-acma">https://www.acma.gov.au/Industry/Telco/Numbering/IPND/integrated-public-number-database-numbering-i-acma</a>)<br>

The update needs to be made by the end customer through their telephony service provider, who should have systems-access to update the IPND, which is then used by emergency services etc as well.<br>
