<p class="MsoNormal">As a result, there are a few Telcos/ISPs in Fiji and Vanuatu (and I daresay NZ as well) that are completely hard-down, as their international routing is via Vocus. No mobile service, no internet service, no nothing international.<o:p></o:p></p>
