<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">This sounds like a different issue we have seen in the past with different CPE vendors where they were sending   LCP packets with a class of service other than best efforts (0) - while this worked with some PPoE sessions,
 it failed on others with AAPT.   Configuring the CPE to send only LCP with best efforts overcame that particular issue.</p>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">Not sure if this is related - but given when you try with other equipment it works straight away - it sounded familiar.</p>

<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:11.0pt">We have two clients on NBN NWAS services, both using Cisco 1941 routers, both on opposite ends of Melbourne.</span></p>

The carrier is AAPT for both services.</span><span lang="EN-GB"></span></p>
