I don’t think you’ll find a low latency path between those two countries, so if the application is latency-sensitive it’s always going to suck.<br class="">
<br class="">
But you might find two best-available paths between each country and a workable midpoint which could lower your application latency by something approaching a factor of 2.<br class="">
