<div style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">I've had a <i>lot</i> of direct emails from people / organisations that said they had no outage notification and were impacted, we certainly did not receive any outage notification either and essentially all our internet was out for a good portion of that 2 hour window.<br></div>
