Recovery can be a bit more challenging too… you want someone who can ***quickly*** ship it out on a disk if you need to recover 10TB all of a sudden (unless your bandwidth is excellent).<o:p></o:p></span></p>

that there was no files there to recover and they will not explain why.<o:p></o:p></p>
