      hosting providers would go bust with that type of downtime, due to
      the SLA claims. <br>
      I know they were banging on about cloud a lot in the statement,
      but if one bit of equipment can fail and take the majority of the
      network down for 5 days then frankly its not a proper cloud setup,
      as you don't have any single points of failure in a proper cloud
      environment. <br>
      You also need to have spare hardware at all times in case of
      hardware failure. <br>
      It just does not look good for the industry as a whole. <br>
      It is not good that their entire business was offline as well as
      their customers. <br>
