<p class="MsoNormal">Have logged a case with Telstra last week and I’ve just been given the push around departments all giving me trivial troubleshooting. (eg. Reset IE, Restart Computer, Delete your Cookies) No doubt I’ve already tried before informing them.<o:p></o:p></p>
