<p>Just a quick question to see if there are any other NWB customers in NSW who have logged faults this morning for services dropping at approximately <span>05:33 and not coming back.</span></p>

<p><span>DSLAM up-time in Frontier for impacted services seems to look like the actual exchange devices are bouncing which is unusual.</span></p>

<p><span>So far we have services on the Undercliff and Avalon Beach exchanges.</span></p>
