<p>If there are any Optus NOC or field ops techs familiar with their older equipment (nortel gear, fujitsu racks etc) please contact me off-list asap... your melting batteries on our premises should probably be attended to. We're not having any luck contacting you via traditional means.</p>

<p>Alternatively if anyone else can provide a suitable contact number for someone within Optus that can deal with this kind of thing that would be awesome.</p>
