From what info I can glean, it is still in testing and is likely to
go on and off unexpectedly until probably about midnight tonight,

failure in a repeater somewhere off PNG so they
might claim the force majure on that one amd repair
it while they are down and the ship is steaming/on
mtce. That's another few days and lift/replace.</div>
