<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">There is an underlying issue with Telstra’s delivery, specifically, transient optical loss on a fibre causing L2TP tunnel flaps on NSW TADSL. Our NOC has escalated to and is working with Senior Technology Specialists
in Transport & Routing Operations at Telstra. Telstra engaged relevant departments and took measures to remediate the fault last night and believed it to be restored however as you have noticed some tails have bounced again. Telstra are going to have another
go at repairing the fibre again tonight at 1am which will hopefully bring this fault to a resolution.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
