      I believe this is further north in Indonesian waters then the
      earlier outages.<br>

The advisory states that a cable fault occurred on SMW3 S3.3 (Perth-BU) at 03:07 UTC, with the fault being located about 1143km from Tuas cable station (between repeater R346 and R345).

Same-ish location as last time... fingers crossed for a quick repair?
