Wouldn't be the first time.<br>

I had a customer swear til they were blue in the face that

property they were buying would have NBN fibre installed
(i.e.<br>
greenfield).<br>

Couldn't find any reference to an NBN build, so I asked him

a shred of evidence to back up his claim. None provided.<br>

Turns out it was Telstra Velocity, so same problem as TPG
Fibre.<br>

Unfortunately it dilutes the brand, and the worse-off at the
end of<br>
the day because of it.<br>

One day we'll see the real estate regulatory body wake up to
this, and<br>
require the availability of NBN to be printed on residential
listings.<br>
