<p>I actually think AAPT aren't selling it because NBN have not added the Servicability type to the API's etc but I could be wrong. </p>

<p>It's like the FTTN area's that have gone live on the Central Coast in NSW, the only providers who seem to have access to provision show service types are Telstra and it's just a bit frustrating!</p>

Wouldn't be the first time.<br>

I had a customer swear til they were blue in the face that the<br>
property they were buying would have NBN fibre installed (i.e.<br>
greenfield).<br>

Couldn't find any reference to an NBN build, so I asked him to provide<br>
a shred of evidence to back up his claim. None provided.<br>

Turns out it was Telstra Velocity, so same problem as TPG Fibre.<br>
<br>
Unfortunately it dilutes the brand, and the worse-off at the end of<br>
the day because of it.<br>
<br>
One day we'll see the real estate regulatory body wake up to this, and<br>
require the availability of NBN to be printed on residential listings.<br>
