    I know your hoping for the 'inside scoop' coming to AusNOG, but
    ultimately its not a support channel and as a customer you really
    should be calling the helpdesk and trying your hardest to escalate.
    Be firm but not rude, if they are refusing to escalate, and you
    should hopefully see some progress.<br>
