<p class="MsoNormal">We have a customer in Victoria that use one of the numbers provided by our voice wholesaler (Vocus)
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">They are working just fine, making outbound calls, and receiving inbound calls for the most part – Except for incoming calls from TPG!<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">It seems that anyone that is calling from a TPG voice service gets an engaged signal, but callers from Telstra / Optus etc get through just fine.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I have contacted Vocus, and they have said that neither themselves, nor their upstream are getting seeing any call attempts, so it appears to be an internal issue to TPG.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">So – If anyone from TPG is listening, let me know so I can give you the particulars.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Or, if anyone has access to a TPG service to do some testing and potentially is OK lodging a fault with TPG to get it sorted, I would be very appreciative, and happy to pay for your time!<o:p></o:p></p>
