    Depends on technology - the requested data capture items do include
    location, and on mobile it's certainly possible for that to be more
    precise than IP address.<br>

    Only for web traffic - pretty much all the other protocols (email,
    VOIP, IM, etc) specifically require that destination addresses are
    retained.<br>
