<p>ahaha and your ruling is opposite to mine and others, I guess it depends who is sitting on the CAC desk at the time, and as discussed here at length the whole thing contradicts itself anyway, but what do you expect from rushed legislation by bunch of idiots who are lucky to know where the on/off buttons are, just make sure you get a couple of ICT lawyers views of your ruling, you'll find they will differ :)</p>
