<p dir="ltr">It's the QoS that makes it so expensive. Sub $2k without QoS, but then useless for things like video-conferencing.</p>

Sorry to reply to myself - but that $3k a month was for a single 10Mbps MPLS tail - you can add at least 50% on top for the other end if it terminates in a carrier-friendly datacentre, or 100% if it's to another branch office with a same-sized tail).
