<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt">Have heard the same, and it is common knowledge on Whirlpool forums when people have this problem, DSCP is the first culprit.<br>

I have only seen the complaint about Telstra/Bigpond services myself, so yes I do believe it may be them implementing it.<span style="font-size:12.0pt;mso-fareast-language:EN-AU"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
