Hello,

I’m writing from Datacom System SA, Adelaide office. We are having some issues with some of our prefixes black holed.

We have an issue where we are unable to reach certain public ip prefixes from our own public prefixes. They seem to be filtered inside AAPT core or somewhere on the IX. In example we are trying to reach 23.37.137.43 sourcing from our address
203.214.167.2 but we cannot reach it. There are other prefixes that are unreachable to us, and would like some help on the matter. ( another example is: 184.85.83.128 )

Our exit to the internet is through OPTUS, which has confirmed that the traces stop after the handoff from Optus to AAPT. Our public range is 203.214.167.0/24 and our AS number is 58735.

I’ve tried reaching out to AAPT but as we are not their direct customer, I was unable to escalate this for someone to have a look. Can someone help, or at least provide a NOC address of AAPT?
