<html><body><div style="color:#000; background-color:#fff; font-family:HelveticaNeue, Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, Lucida Grande, sans-serif;font-size:13px"><div dir="ltr" id="yui_3_16_0_1_1427074414415_275949"><span id="yui_3_16_0_1_1427074414415_275948">I was at a family gathering last weekend and raised the topic of metadata and explained what it was and that the govt would be mandating the collection & storage of it for two years with access by law enforcement and handful of other govt agencies.</span></div><div dir="ltr" id="yui_3_16_0_1_1427074414415_275949"><br></div><div dir="ltr" id="yui_3_16_0_1_1427074414415_275949">There were 8 adults present, representing a fairly broad range of occupations (Nurse, Electrician, Teacher, Accountant, Electrical Engineer, stay at home mum, Nanna & myself) and a decent range of ages (about 25-60).</div><div dir="ltr" id="yui_3_16_0_1_1427074414415_275949"><br></div><div dir="ltr" id="yui_3_16_0_1_1427074414415_275949">The general consensus was that they weren't worried about it and most in fact assumed this data was already kept and available to those who wanted it.
