<p dir="ltr">Pagerduty has a list of features close to what you have asked for.</p>
<p dir="ltr">I am not sure about SNMP but I know it can hook into alot of other services. </p>
<p dir="ltr">Does DTMF / SMS / email acknowledgement which is nice too.</p>
