<div dir="ltr">In my experience, most DCs tend not to be in great spots for RF (with some notable exceptions). It is usually the customer's responsibility to serve the building with a low impact notice and bring the RF into a carrier area to be cross-connected.<div><br></div><div>FWIW, I'm in the process of doing something similar for a not-for-profit without a carriers licence - it has so far worked out a lot cheaper and easier to colocate the RF site somewhere else and overkill the connectivity/power redundancy than to go ahead with lawyers and substantial capital works in someone else's facility. There are a number of specialist land mobile wireless operators who already have sites with purpose-built RF colocation, complete with redundant power and backhaul.
