<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Thanks everyone for their replies. The Watchguard is more than just a firewall, its also a router as well. It is capable of handling BGP, Branch Office Connections and GRE.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">However as this unit is out of support warranty I am not able to contact their support department for help I can only rely on their help centre.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">I struggle to see the point in paying $2500 a year for the Level 1 support (that isn’t of much use anyways) When we have forked out over ten thousand dollars on multiple devices over the past 3 years.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">I’m not across Watchguard, but I don’t ever remember seeing a GRE tunnel being configured on a firewall before.. If you are tunnelling across public networks you might want to consider IPSEC.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
