<p>If he pays his bills with them, why shouldn't they provide a service, thats just like not paying a bill because of a dispute with optus, and expecting telstra to terminate you as well, sheesh.... go grap a cup of reality with a dash of common sense.</p>
<p>if he's done wrong, and lets face it, we only hearing two of the three sides here, maybe he has a valid gripe, maybe not, that's what courts are for, and I mean real courts, not the kangaroos here.</p>

<div>We (AS45177) are not providing any 'safe haven' to anyone, we are simply providing a transit service to a paying customer and have done so for a couple of months. </div>
<div>The legal dispute does not involve us, it is a matter between the parties concerned, the courts will decide who is in the right and who is in the wrong, we are no judge or jury.</div>
