    Paul - you are asking the wrong forum. Send a request to Sen.
    Brandis & the Minister for the specifics - they have them, the
    AusNOG community doesn't yet.<br>

    Better still, if everyone sent a request for the specifics,
    highlighting your own aspect of the suspected specifics that could
    not be complied with (Skype destination, or email details if you
    don't run an email server, or any of the other things that has been
    griped about on this list).......<br>
