<div dir="ltr">Hi,<div><br></div><div>I have a customer who is no longer using Messagelabs to filter their mail, but no longer has access to the staff member who had credentials etc to set up/activate/deactivate and so other messagelabs customers seem to be having difficulty emailing them.</div>
