Assuming the question is on the single lead-in (not multiple
physical cables coming in to service the multiple connections, and
assuming that the multi-services Skeeve is referring is split out
from single lead-in), that what is that lead-in capable of in a
technical sense.<br>

I have never really dealt with HFC so I could be completely wrong
here, but if its using DOCSIS3.0 can't it do up to like 250+mbps?
Assuming it's artificially limited to 100mbps I'd imagine its until
the max that the current tech allows.<br>
