It is likely because the PIPE-IX AS (18398) is in the path before
the TPG AS, where as on WAIA and other IX's they generally strip out
the IX's AS so its a more 'direct' path.<br>

Both those ip's go via IXAU to there destination's which is
strange as we have peers to both Pipe and AAPT. Strange it's IXAU
