<div class="moz-cite-prefix">Yes we lost almost all of our ATM's in
VIC at 5.44 and they were restored at 5.51. Could not find an
outage notification. They all came back on there own however which
was good. I know what you mean about the re-build. Every month or
so we loose just one PVC on an ATM that has multiple PVC's we do a
rebuild and it comes back. Thank god for the rebuild option it
fixes all manner of service problems.<br>

for the last mile for the last decade (or when the
local-loop was deregulated, whichever was first), but it's
never come. This whole notion of "leave it up to the
Telco's, they'll compete and everyone wins" is complete
bullshit. Telco's cherry-pick last mile installations that
make sense to them-- ignoring everybody else; which
amusingly, is exactly where we are now.<br>
<br>
I'm not saying a regulated incumbent last mile provider
isn't without it's flaws, but in my mind it's the best
option we've got.<br>

1 min to turn on service - oops wrong house, sorry what
