<div>Ok so the link was flapping and the Cisco disabled it for this reason.</div>

<div>You can actually tell the Cisco in a link flap situation to attempt to remove the error disable after a certain period of time or tell it not to disable the port at all if it's flapping.</div>

<div>I can send the commands off-list if required but it looks like you may need to look a little deeper to see if there is an issue with an Optic or if there was someone working on a patch panel, splicing point somewhere that caused the dark to flap.<br>

<div>There could be a handful of reasons for this such as link flapping, broadcast storm if storm control is enabled on the Cisco end etc.</div>
