My personal obvious thought would be Vendor Support - if you were
having a problem even slightly related to the 10G port/SFP+ module,
your vendor would likely start passing the buck to them.<br>

Cheaper vendors tend not to have great support.<br>
<br>
So you can get stuck in a situation without support from anyone in
the worst of cases.<br>
