<p class="MsoNormal">It had something to do with their shaping, a bug with the Cienna kit. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">They would implement a fix on request, but everytime we added a new service, it would break again.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="">We currently have multiple customers who are on AATP connections at both ends not able to interconnect. Pings are fine but when increasing the length greater the 1472 we cant get through. Its as if they are not fragmenting big
packets.</p>
