strategy, or anyone else's for that matter - their strategy is
clearly decided based on their business objectives and not the
objectives of mine (or any other) business.<br>

Thankfully, I can confirm that the business partners we work with
(many of which have representatives on this list) have acted with
our needs and requirements in mind and I've not needed to refer to
contracts on any occassion in memory. <br>

the end-game where you are not a player. Find business partners
who always act in your interest and work with them. Failing
that, force them to via contracts.<br>

carrier diversity is a critical part of network design
(unless there simply isn't a means of achieving said
diversity).<br>

Policies such as the one TPG *appear* to be pushing (first
Vocus and now Megaport) would be a dealbreaker for us, and I
know I'm not alone in that thinking.<br>
