<div dir="ltr">I personally have doubts about Huawei. I doubt I need to say why I have those doubts. Cisco and "limited budget" rarely go together unless you're buying second hand (and then other players' gear is cheaper second hand too). I've no experience with Juniper, so can't comment on their products.<div>
<br></div><div>Brocade have a few devices that can do what you're after. Out of the CES/CER pairing, you'd want the CER if you're looking for a full Internet routing table (the CES would potentially suffice if you were taking a summarised table from an upstream provider).</div>
<div><br></div><div>The next step up from Brocade is their MLX kit. That's getting pretty serious though, and given you mentioned your do have a limited budget (though didn't say how limited), I'd suggest the CER is probably what you're after.</div>
