At that time iiNet acquired the residential customer base of OzEmail<br>
whlist UUNet/Verizon opted to keep the network infrastructure and<br>
associated peering agreements (MM answered this question in a Whirlpool<br>
post of mine a while ago).<br>

In this case, TPG have acquired all of AAPT from what I've read - this<br>
should (in theory at least) result in them gaining access to this<br>
braindead agreement.<br>
