Can confirm we're seeing the same with an EFM service provided by TPG (via a reseller). In our case, all Google sites are unreachable (Google/Gmail/YouTube/etc...) as well as some others (Yahoo).<BR>

Has been like this since at least 7am. Traceroutes show failure within the first few hops in the TPG network for all sites that aren't loading.<BR>
