          NextG (non CGN) with Telstra, but we've asked our
          communications partner (we don't deal direct with Telstra, as
          our account isn't big enough to warrant a dedicated account
          manager) if we can get a static IP, and they effectively
          looked at us like we had two heads, not even understanding the
          question, let alone the requirement for it.</div>
