So why are you guys struggling to find good candidates?<div><br></div><div>I know of a least a dozen good people who have gone to the UK and especially the US because they also have a lot of trouble finding anyone with a clue. Yes, the US comes up with amazing things, but it takes 300million+ to do what Australia does with a lot less ;-)</div>
